Adult Beginner Ballet Technique
For absolute beginners to ballet or those who would like a recap of the foundations of classical ballet technique after a long break from ballet training. Focusing on posture and the fundamental principles of ballet movements, using the barre (or your kitchen worktop!)
A general level ballet barre class for all levels, to help challenge and focus your mind at the end of the working day. Some basic knowledge of ballet technique is required.
Adult Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
PBT is a revolutionary programme that uses fit balls and resistance bands to help train muscle memory (think Pilates using a fit ball). This class will also conclude with some stretching for flexibility. Find out more on the PBT website.
Adult Contemporary Dance
A contemporary dance class for all levels, no previous experience required. The perfect class to let go, explore your creativity and simply enjoy movement.
Private one to one online classes for children and adults are available by Zoom at a cost of £15 per 30-minute session. These are ideal for beginners to ballet or those with specific aims such as improving knowledge of an RAD syllabus or developing muscle strength and fitness through PBT exercises.
